Meet The Olivia's Haven Team

It seems like no time since I was working alone, pouring candles in my studio... flash forward to having eight staff members! How did that happen?! What an incredible journey it has been, expanding the OH team and adding all these lovely people to the business has been such a pleasure. Each and every one of them plays a pivotal role in what we do here at Olivia's Haven - from packing orders to pouring candles and so much more. 

Without further ado, let's meet the OH team:

CATHERINE (AKA Cat La)

Cat La and I have been friends since we started Coleraine High School in 2001. She is my famous entrepreneurial friend and when she isn’t pouring candles at OH HQ she runs her own Irish Dancing School who reached the Britain’s Got Talent Semi Final Live Shows in 2014.

Catherine joined in the middle of the Christmas rush 2020 when we just couldn’t keep up with demand and we are so glad she hung about as we simply don’t know what we would do without her! 

Most of you will be pretty familiar with Joanne as she is the longest serving team member and she features on here most days either pouring or packing your orders (or both!)

Olivia met Joanne through a mutual friend and after a brief chat over coffee ☕️ Joanne joined team OH part time from September 2020 while still working as a Community Bridge Builder for a mental health charity.

After a hectic Christmas it became clear that we needed a lot more help, so we were delighted when Joanne then came on board full time in February 2021.

Here are some fun facts about Joanne:

• Favourite OH Scent: Wild Heather
• She is a busy & dedicated mummy to the gorgeous 5 year old Bella.
• Joanne’s commute to work will be < 5 mins from next week as she is moving house to Ballymoney.

Louise joined us full time recently and he will be working in production, fulfilment & customer service alongside Joanne and will definitely be a much welcomed support!

Before Louise joined the OH team she worked in premium cosmetics retail for almost 19 years so we know she will be teaching us a thing or two with her amazing experience.

Here are some fun facts about Louise:

• Favourite OH Scent: Under the Palm Tree
• She is an extremely busy mum of 4 and tends to spend her weekends at football matches and dance festivals.
• When Louise gets some time to herself she loves to get a fun weekend away with friends and family.

It’s just brilliant to grow the team again and judging by the way Louise is pouring candles and dealing with orders already, she is going to be a huge asset to the team.

Having previously worked in beauty marketing in Belfast, Laura has made the move back to the North Coast to look after all things OH marketing and social media and we couldn’t be happier that she did.

• She is a huge Taylor Swift fan & met her back in 2011
• In her spare time, Laura can most likely be found on the hockey pitch!

When Cliodhna isn’t pouring away at Olivia’s Haven HQ she uses her creative skills to create botanical artwork inspired by her love for houseplants and nature, which can be seen here: @cliodhna.creates definitely go and check it out! 

Here are some other fun facts about the very lovely Cliodhna:

• She has recently taken up roller skating as a new hobby.
• Cliodhna is a foodie and loves trying new food from around the world.
