Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday on the same day (excluding bank holidays). Please note that processing time is in addition to the postage option you selected at checkout.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your order urgently please get in touch (hello@olivias-haven.co.uk) prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
UK Shipping
Spend £50+ and FREE UK & Ireland standard shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
For all other UK orders shipping services will be listed automatically at checkout:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (2-5 working days) - £3.95
- DPD Express & Tracked (1-2 working days) - £6.00 for Northern Ireland deliveries.
- DPD Express & Tracked (1-2 working days) - £9.00 for UK mainland deliveries.
Republic of Ireland Shipping
Spend £50+ and FREE DPD express & tracked shipping (1-2 working days) will automatically be applied at checkout.
All other ROI will be delivered by DPD Express & Tracked shipping (1-2 working days) for a standard rate of £4.95.
International Shipping
Shipping for international orders is calculated based on weight. Your order weight will be calculated at checkout and available shipping services will then be listed automatically.
Please note that all shipments outside of the UK and Ireland may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of Olivia's Haven products.
