Big news. After the runaway success of our candle making workshops at our Belmont Road store in Belfast, we are thrilled to bring them to our Coleraine store (10 Stone Row, Coleraine Town Centre) on the North Coast.

The Belfast workshops have become one of our favourite things we do. Hen parties, work teams, friends and families, all gathered round a table, pouring their own candles and having a brilliant time doing it. So many of you on the North Coast asked us to bring it closer to home, and now we have.

If you are looking for a group experience on the North Coast that is creative, relaxed and a little bit luxurious, this is it. No awkward icebreakers. No watching the clock. Just good company, gorgeous scents and a candle you made yourself to take home.

What is a candle pouring workshop?

Our private group candle workshops are a hands on experience where your group crafts their own hand poured soy candle from start to finish. You choose your scent, you pour, you personalise, and you leave with a finished Olivia's Haven candle that is completely your own.

The making itself takes around 45 minutes to an hour depending on group size, but the space is yours for two full hours. That means plenty of time for sipping, chatting, taking photos and soaking up the atmosphere. We provide a welcome drink on arrival, and you are very welcome to bring your own food and drinks too.

It suits groups of 6 to 25 or more, and it works for almost any occasion. Here is where it really shines.
